Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.

Our "30-day money-back guarantee" means you are eligible for a return pending the following conditions:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). 

Refunds are not applicable if you have received your order and then changed your mind after ordering or purchased any item(s) by mistake.

To start a return, you can contact us at lovingjewells@gmail.com and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not get accepted as returns. You can always contact us for any return queries/question at lovingjewells@gmail.com 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Prior to you returning your item, we will require you to contact us via the contact page with the subject line “Refund” - you can visit this page through our website by clicking on the “Contact” link in the header or you can simply email us on lovingjewells@gmail.com 

If your order is eligible for refund, we will require you to return your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you're returning the item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. It will be your responsibility, if the item is lost, stolen or damaged in the post. Alternatively, you can chat with the email support team and see if you are eligible for other solutions such as cash back, new or replaced item.

To return your product, please fill in the "Contact Us" form and a staff member will be allocated to you to assist with your case. 

DAMAGES & ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the contact form or email us on lovingjewells@gmail.com and a staff member will be there to assist you further. 

Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
